Colemans Artist Trading Card Club

What are Artist Trading Cards?

ATCs are swap cards within the craft world. There are two rules:

The card must ultimately finish at a size of 2½” x 3½” (6.5cm x 9cm)

The card must never be sold, only swapped

ATCs can be made as a one-off or as part of an identical group within a theme. On the back of the card, it is usual to write the following information:

Name, email/postal address of artist

Date card was made

Theme of the card

Number of that card (ie. 1 of 1, 2 of 6 etc.)

Title of the card

IIf there is more than one identical card for that title in the theme, it is an Edition, The theme is called a Series.

How Does the Colemans Club Work?

IIt is open to everyone and anyone who wants to swap craft ideas on a miniature scale!

You make up to three ATCs based on the month's theme (or Series). You then need to send them to Suzie Candlin at the Craft Warehouse either by post or by handing them into your local Colemans store from where they will be transferred by internal mail.

The Craft Warehouse address is:

Suzie Candlin
Colemans Craft Warehouse
Unit 6 Brindley Close
Rushden
Northants NN10 6EN

Your cards will be swapped and then returned to you via one of the following options:

  1. Post – if you want your swaps to be delivered by mail, you will need to provide a self-addressed envelope with the correct postage on it when you send in your swaps

  2. Local Colemans Stores – you can collect your swaps from your local branch by including a note as to which branch you want the swaps sending to with your ATCs. It would be necessary to also include your email address and telephone number so that you can be informed when they are ready for collection.
