Nationwide deliveries: Our logistics partner FedEx will deliver your products to you on the next working day before 6pm. If your order is over £25 then we will deliver for free, orders under this value are subject to a £4.35 delivery charge. Please order before 4pm to take advantage of our next working day delivery option. Once you have placed your order you will be able to track your delivery by entering your tracking number on www.fedex.com/gb. Please note, higher delivery charges will apply to deliveries going to the Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland, the Channel Islands, the Scilly Isles and the Isle of Man. We aim to always deliver high quality products that are in good working order and undamaged. However, occasionally there may be issues with our products that mean they need to be returned. If your product is damaged, faulty or does not match the product that you ordered then please contact us within 14 days of receiving your product by emailing [email protected] or calling 0333 600 1969. We will arrange collection and return followed by either a full refund, including any shipping costs, or we will send you a replacement free of charge.
